Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is a 3-year program designed to meet changing requirements of the IT sector and to produce a dynamic breed of computer professionals with excellent managerial skills. This is a unique program focusing on hands-on experience with different technologies along with inter-disciplinary project “Khoj”. The BCA education is broad-based with courses from inter-disciplinary and management field helping students for entry-level positions in the ICT industry or setting up their own technical ventures.

Industry Connect – Students are exposed to industry and market through regular live projects, guest lectures, industrial visits and internships. A two month full-time internship in a medium to large size company in the field of IT and a semester long software development project are an integral part of the program.
Internships and Industrial Project –
Each student has to undergo two credit-based, on-the-job internships, one of four weeks at the end of 1st year and another also of 4 weeks at the end of 2nd year. A semester-long software development project (during the 6th semester) under the guidance of a domain expert from the industry is an integral part of their degree program.
Both the summer internship and software development project will provide an opportunity to the students to build a healthy and positive relationship with the industrial world and specifically with a prospective employer to pave the way for future placement.
Higher Secondary School Certification or equivalent in any stream with minimum 45%
Admission Process :
An Entrance Test and subsequent interview to be conducted to evaluate the candidates on their aptitude, Information Technology awareness and English language.
Hostel : Limited accommodation facilities available for outstation students.
