Saurabh Kothari has completed his bachelors of architecture from School of Environmental Design and Architecture, Navrachana University, Baroda in 2016.He did his internship in Kohlapur in 2014 and got the opportunity to work under architect ShirishBeri.
He did his research on the understanding of urban behavior in the social environment of public spaces taking case studies within Vadodara.
Competitions and Achievements
In 2015, during his studies he got the opportunity to become the university selected student mentor for his hard work and academic achievements.
In 2016, he participated in the national environment awareness campaign 2014-15 for preservation of environment for combating desertification and presented as finalist.
In 2017, He participated in the International competition to design a library in Hyde Park London organized by archasm.in and was among the top 50 finalists. His work has been published online for this achievement.
In 2016, he also participated in the shell ideas 360 a global student competition to develop ideas to solve food, water and energy crisis.
Currently he is an Academic Associate in the School of Environmental Design and Architecture, Navrachana University. He teaches structure and construction technology and also takes studios of first and fifth year.
