One Day Seminar on
"Advance Tertiary Waste Water Treatment"
The seminar will mainly focus on technology for industrial water treatment, recycle and reuse and how to combine or redefine the finer aspects of existing methods -physicochemical methods and biological methods. Specific aspects of selecting wastewater treatment methodologies with most appropriate technology would be discussed. Emphasis will be given to industrial applications and removal of pollutants in wastewater treatment particularly during tertiary treatment to such an extent that reclaimed water can be recycled and reused. The seminar will focus on these and other aspects to realize environmentally benign and globally competitive process and technology.
The objective of the seminar is to teach and share the knowledge of wastewater treatment methodologies by notable experts in the field. The seminar will educate the basics of wastewater treatment, unit operations, monitoring and control parameters, current and emerging wastewater treatment technology, wastewater regulations and case studies. It will help specifically industry professionals engaged in Chemical, Petrochemicals and Allied Industries to effectively implement the wastewater management programmes and projects leading to conservation of water resources on sustainable basis. It will also provide a forum of sharing knowledge and networking between Industrial Organizations, Academicians, Researchers, Technical Service Providers and Experts in Chemical and Various Process Industries.
Who would benefit:
Industry persons, Practicing Engineers, Faculty members from Engineering colleges, Polytechnic colleges, Research scholars, Ph.D./PG/Degree/Diploma students.
