Profile
I am having 7 years of academic career exposure with different universities. I am currently pursuing PhD in the area of Organizational Behavior with special focus on Emotional Intelligence from the Department of Management Studies, Dharmsinh Desai University. I have done Master of Business Administration in Human Resource specialization from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. I have previously contributed my knowledge with Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) Universe and Indu Management Institute as an Assistant Professor for 4 years. I have also worked with Faculty of Commerce (BBA Program), M. S. University as an external faculty for 2 years. I have participated in numerous FDP on regular instances. I have also participated in various workshops, seminars, webinars on research methodologies, Career – attitude development and leadership program.
I am certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner.
