The Programs offered under the School of Science are BSc (Specializations – Chemistry, Life Sciences), BMS (Specializations – Molecular Medicine, Drug Discovery and Design, Reproductive Biomedicine, Human Genetics), MSc-Life Science (Specializations – Plant Sciences, Animal Science, Biochemistry, Environmental Science), MSc – Chemistry (Specializations – Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry) and MSc - Clinical Embryology.

Oasis Fertility is one of the reputed fertility centers' in India led by Mr. Kiran Gadela, Co-founder & Managing Director and Dr Durga G Rao, Co-founder & Medical Director. It offers various fertility treatments under one roof including OI-TI, IUI, IVF, ICSI, IVM, Drug-Free IVF, Donor treatments, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Fertility Preservation, PGT, ERA, etc. AndroLife is Oasis’ dedicated clinic for male infertility diagnosis and treatment. Fertility Preservation is an advanced technique by which Oasis Fertility enables cancer patients to preserve their fertility and conceive later as per convenience. OSHERM (Oasis School for Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine) is Oasis’ academic wing through which exclusive hands-on training is given to fertility specialists, embryologists, etc. to enable them to stay competitive and ahead of the curve.

MSc in Clinical Embryology is a two-year postgraduate degree program with focus on all the key skills needed by a student in both clinical and scientific areas. It lays emphasis on the overall development of essential skills of an embryologist and empowers a student with hands on experience and focus on clinical practices being used in a ART clinic.

The Program offers complete hands on insights and independent working in a clinical setup. The course work comprises of lectures, practical, and hands on training for techniques such as IUI, IVF, Human oocyte handling, establishing an IVF lab and its GLP, assessment of viability of embryos and their developmental competence for implantation, cryopreservation techniques and most importantly understanding the all the basic concepts of embryology and andrology. The program has a unique model of University-Clinical collaboration with Oasis Fertility as the clinical partners to this program. This enables experts from both the fields to give their valuable inputs and training to this program which is one of the unique models of knowledge sharing available in the country for such highly skill driven programs.

The program offers balanced mix of teaching modules, lectures and hands – on practice. The theoretical aspects will be covered at Navrachana University in the first two Semester along with practical and hands on preliminary exposure. Complete hands-on training shall be conducted at the Oasis Fertility Centers for the second year.

Career Prospects
An embryologist can be employed as a junior or senior embryologist in an ART clinic. Embryologists work with fertility experts to assist patients in improving their reproductive health and perform clinical research. They can also conduct academic research and provide counselling to patients. With more experience and taking up additional responsibilities, you can attain the position of a Lab Manager in the IVF clinic. However, basic embryology training opens up a myriad of opportunities. Stem cell therapy, Tissue Engineering, Reproductive Genetics, Cryo-Biology are few of the disciplines where an embryologist’s skill is needed. All in all Embryology as a CAREER can be a quick passport for a bright future.
