Policy on Merit-cum-Need based scholarships that rewards high academic achievement
Navrachana University (NUV) offers Merit-cum-Need based Scholarships to entering students who have high scholastic record and are in need for financial assistance. The Scholarships pay for part of the tuition to scholastic students whose family combined income does not exceed 8 Lakhs Rupees per year and have scored minimum 70% in HSC for UG Programs or 7 CGPA in Under-graduate level for PG Programs.
Below is a description of the University’s Scholarships for the incoming class of academic year 2025-26 For all awards, academic achievement is of prime consideration.

*Scholarship will be renewed every year provided the student maintains CGPA of 7 out of 10.
Interested candidates to meet Administration section with following documents after seeking admission to the respective program:
In case of incomplete or insufficient document as per the above list, scholarship will be awarded as per committee’s decision. Scholarships will be awarded after complete scrutiny of documents listed above and approval by the Financial Aid Committee. The decision to award scholarships is at the discretion of Navrachana University.
In case a scholarship student withdraws from the program, the student has to refund the scholarship amount that Navrachana University has already disbursed.
The Financial Aid Committee reviews the scholarships from time to time and reserves the right to alter, modify, change or withdraw any of the provisions and policies.
Any of the information given by the scholarship recipient be found inaccurate or false at any time during the program, the scholarship award will be withdrawn, and the recipient will either be charged full payment of fees immediately or will be dismissed from the program.

Scholarships will be awarded to one student per UG program in each category prior to enrollment, subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria and availability.

Important Terms & Conditions
1. Availability: Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and must be availed before enrollment.
2. Program Limitation: Scholarships are available to one student per program per category. (Not applicable for MTech programs.)
3. Exclusivity: The scholarship is not applicable to students receiving financial aid (scholarships, stipends, salary, etc.) from any other source.

Disclaimer: Navrachana University reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scholarship policy at any point without prior notice. All decisions regarding scholarship award and renewal are final and binding as per the discretion of the University.
Students who are awarded merit-based or merit-cum-need scholarships will also receive a 10% scholarship on hostel accommodation fees. This benefit is in addition to the tuition fee waiver.
