With training in broad-based, practical education in School Teaching through disciplinary courses and electives, and specialized knowledge in two School Subjects, the two-year BEd Program prepares students for multiple contexts and roles in contemporary schools. The program is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). While our courses on Entrepreneurship Education and Knowledge of Visual Design add to the innovative aspects of the NUV curriculum, our focus on hands-on-education through simulation exercises prepares students for real-life experiences in actual classrooms.

In our B. Ed university course, each student undergoes practice teaching in schools in the first year and school internship in the second year
School internship provides students with the opportunity to hone their teaching skills and give them practical experience of interacting with students in a classroom set up
Action research project of three credits is taken up by students in their subject area during their school internship. You can pursue an online B. Ed course through admission and become a certified teacher.
