Dharti Parikh

Dharti Parikh is a dedicated, passionate, and result oriented professional with 10 years of academic career exposure. She is currently pursuing PhD in the area of Organizational Behavior with special focus on Emotional Intelligence from the Department of Management Studies, Dharmsinh Desai University. She is known for her ability to create engaging and interactive learning environment in the class, where students are encouraged to participate actively in discussions and apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. She is certified Emotional Intelligence and POSH trainer (SD 5398/APR/WK-2665). Her area of interest comprises of human resource management, organizational behaviour, performance management, training and development, emotional intelligence, transactional analysis.

  • Working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Law, Navrachana University, Vadodara, since July 2019. 
  • Worked as an Assistant Professor (endorsed by GTU) in the Department of Management Studies at Institute of Technology and Management Universe affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU, AICTE approved), Vadodara from June 2018 to June 2019. 
  • Worked as an external faculty at the Faculty of Management Studies and Faculty of Commerce, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda where taught the Management subjects from June 2017 to June 2018.
