Dharti Parikh is a dedicated, passionate, and result oriented professional with 10 years of academic career exposure. She is currently pursuing PhD in the area of Organizational Behavior with special focus on Emotional Intelligence from the Department of Management Studies, Dharmsinh Desai University. She is known for her ability to create engaging and interactive learning environment in the class, where students are encouraged to participate actively in discussions and apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. She is certified Emotional Intelligence and POSH trainer (SD 5398/APR/WK-2665).
