  • Vaibhavi Pandya has a work experience of 8 years. Previously, she has experience with school education system and then the higher She also brings with the broad experience of work culture from Toronto. Worked with institutions like Vibgyor High International, Bright School brings in the experience required to teach the school subjects to B.Ed. like Foundation and Methodology courses of Commerce and Economics.

  • Vaibhavi Pandya is a Gold Medalist in B.Ed from Navrachana University. She has also received award like Students choice award and Provost’s choice Faculty of the year award in the year 2O17 from Navrachana University. She also has received Passion for Learning Certificate at Navrachana University Awards Function for students. She has also guided students into Global Summer School Project that collaborated with China and USA universities
  • Her area of research involves Critical thinking and Best Practices of the Schools in Vadodara City. She is passionate about working in the area of Critical Thinking and she has also conducted several workshop in the area of Critical Thinking. Most notable being workshop with In-service teachers for leading schools of Vadodara, Being invited as Key note speaker in Youth Speak Forum in faculty of Technology and Engineering Maharaja Sayajirao University and conducting session for Faculty on Socratic Dialogue in teaching learning
  • She teaches Foundation and Methodology courses of Commerce-Economics and compulsory courses related to teaching and learning process to the B.Ed students. She also teaches Economics to Master of Social Work Her major areas of interest involve devising ways to make students autonomous learners, making subjects relevant to real life and gradually pushing students out of the textbooks to get a real understanding of the subjects.
  • Her students have been experimenting on various areas and methodologies like integrating Mythology in the respective content that they teach, integrating cartoons in Commerce and Economics Teaching, making magazines, documentaries, Newsletters and
