About
Vishvesh Pathak is Assistant Professor at School of Environmental Design and Architecture. He is a multi-disciplinary architect, heritage enthusiast, and researcher, graduating with a master’s in conservation and regeneration from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. He is majorly interested in grassroots-level cultural studies and community-led regeneration. He has been curating and conducting heritage walks in different towns in Gujarat such as Vadodara, Champaner and Dharmaj. Travelling across the country has exposed him to the ethos of places that subconsciously integrated into his research and thought process. His most rewarding experience has been working in Auroville, where he developed an independent ideology in the intersections between architecture, cultural identity, and ecology.
