What is the duration of the program?

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Navrachana University is a four-year, eight-semester program.

The program fee for the BBA is INR 63,800 per semester.

Is there any Caution Deposit as a part of the admission process?

Yes. A refundable Caution Deposit of INR 10,000 is to be paid at the time of admission. It will be refunded upon successful completion of the program.

What is the selection criteria for the program?

Admission to the BBA program is based on:

  • BBA-NUVET (Navrachana University Entrance Test) – 50% weightage

  • Personal Interview – 50% weightage

BBA-NUVET Structure:

  • Section I: English Language & Comprehension (25 marks)

  • Section II: Logical & Analytical Ability (25 marks)

  • Section III: Numerical Ability (25 marks)

  • Section IV: General Awareness (25 marks)

Exam Details:

  • Duration: 120 minutes

  • Total Marks: 100

Personal Interaction:
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interaction covering self-introduction, current affairs, subjects studied in HSC, and perspectives on socioeconomic, political, and international issues.

Result Declaration:
Results and merit lists are shared within a week via registered email and admission portal. Selected candidates will be invited to campus for document verification.

Is lateral entry to Semester III possible?

No. Lateral entry is not permitted as per university regulations.

No prior purchase is required. Learning is primarily supported through digital resources, online materials, and references provided during the program.

What are the class timings?

Classes are generally scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The detailed timetable is shared during the Orientation Program.

What elective courses can students opt for in the BBA program?

NUV follows a Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS), allowing flexibility and multidisciplinary learning.

  • 85% of credits are allocated to mandatory core courses.

  • The remaining 15% are electives.

  • At least one-third of electives must be chosen from outside the School of Business & Law, while the rest can be from within the School or other NUV Schools.

Are internships a part of the program?

Yes. Students are required to complete two mandatory summer internships – one after the first year and another after the second year. The university assists students in securing internship opportunities.
