Dr. Ankita Sharma

Dr. Ankita has more than 9 years of experience in academics and Research. She completed her doctorate from Punjabi University, Patiala in Marketing domain. Her thesis is titled “Country of Origin impact on Purchase Intention and Perceived Quality—A case of consumer Durable sector”. 

She has done her MBA in Marketing and HR domain from Apeejay Institute of Management, Jalandhar and Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. She cleared UGC-NET in the subject of Management. 

Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in School of Business and Law, Navrachana University, Vadodara.

Teaching philosophy or approach: I incorporate case studies, simulations, and group projects to bridge the gap between theory and practice. By engaging students in real-world scenarios, I help them develop problem-solving skills and learn how to apply their knowledge effectively.  

Any innovative teaching methods or technologies used: I employ innovative methodologies such as case-based learning, experiential projects. Action learning projects enable students to solve actual business challenges, fostering critical thinking and practical application of theoretical concepts in a dynamic environment.
