Her teaching philosophy for a communication or etiquette course centers around fostering critical thinking, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of the role of communication in society. She believes that learning should be an active and engaging process, and I strive to create a classroom environment that is supportive, inclusive, and conducive to intellectual growth. The aim is to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that equips students with the essential communication skills they need to succeed in their personal and professional lives. 

Some innovative teaching methods or technologies that she uses in classrooms 

  • Gamification: Incorporate game-based elements into the course to make learning more engaging and enjoyable. For example, live, in-classroom multiplayer games. 
  • Peer Review: Encourage students to teach each other concepts or skills, which can help them solidify their understanding and develop their teaching abilities
