Megh Modi

Assistant Professor

Mr. Megh Modi is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Navrachana University, Vadodara, India. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Structures) at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, India, where he has also completed his M.E. in Civil Engineering (Structures) from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. He completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. With expertise in Structural Engineering, his research focuses on finite element modeling, time-dependent effects in composite structures, and developing efficient design methods. He has authored several SCIE and SCOPUS-indexed publications in reputed journals, including articles on the service load behavior of composite structures and temperature gradient effects in steel-concrete composite girders. Mr. Megh Modi has presented his work at international conferences and participated in various certified programs, including NPTEL courses on the Finite Element Method and Retrofitting of Civil Infrastructure. His research interests include computational mechanics, structural analysis, and the design of composite structures. He is an Associate Member (Lifetime) of The Institution of Engineers (India) and brings valuable experience in both academia and consultancy.
