Ms. Mishika Sekhri is an experienced professional with over 5 years of expertise in production, operations, and human resources across various organizations. She holds a degree in HR and Operation Management, specializing in International Trade and Supply Chain Management. Her key strengths include a sharp eye for detail, process design, and proficiency in supply chain and foreign trade, making her a valuable addition to any team. 

Academic background/Qualification 

Ms. Mishika Sekhri has an impressive academic background that complements her professional experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Navrachana University, where she specialized in HR and Operation Management. This advanced degree has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of business processes, strategic management, and operational efficiency. 

In addition to her MBA, she also holds a Production Engineering degree from GEC Bhavnagar. This technical foundation provides her with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production optimization, and engineering principles, allowing her to effectively bridge the gap between technical operations and managerial strategies. Together, these qualifications enhance her ability to drive innovation and operational improvements in various industries.

  • Haxen Engineering | Operation Manager (June 2023 – Aug 2023): inventory management, employee assignments, product quality checks, and work scheduling. Identifies operational bottlenecks and implements risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Success Zone | Human Resource Manager (Dec 2021 – Jun 2023): Designed employee incentive programs, developed onboarding processes, and collaborated with legal teams for compliance and training updates. 
  • Rubex Impex | Export and Import Executive (Feb 2019 – Jan 2020): Managed customer and supplier relations, optimized export documentation, and negotiated contracts, leading to cost reductions and improved profit margins.
