Nidhi Jain

Nidhi Jain is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic foundation, having completed her B.A. LL.B from Banasthali University and her LL.M with a specialization in Energy Laws from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. Known for her dynamic and engaging teaching style, she fosters an interactive classroom environment where students are encouraged to actively participate in discussions and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world issues. Her academic interests span Torts, Jurisprudence, Family Laws, and Environmental Laws, and she is pursuing her Ph.D. to deepen her expertise in these areas further. Nidhi Jain holds experience of more than 4 years into Academics.

  • Currently serving in the capacity of Assistant – School of Business and Law, Navrachana University since January 2023. 
  • Served as Assistant Professor at Jaipur National University, Jaipur from January 2020 to September 2022.

  • Innovative teaching methods: The teaching style fosters students’ creativity by blending theoretical knowledge with practical application, all while emphasizing conceptual clarity. To achieve this, she employs a variety of innovative approaches tailored to the subject and the level of students—whether bachelor’s, master’s, or elective programs. Her assignments are thoughtfully crafted to engage students in active learning. These include empirical surveys in Criminology, Penology, and Victimology (CPV), contract drafting exercises, field visits under Environmental Laws, movie review exercises for electives, statutory drafting in Interpretation of Statutes, and case comment writing. Each activity aims to enhance students’ understanding by providing hands-on experience and encouraging critical thinking
