Navrachana Innovation Foundation hosted the Viksit Bharat: Young Leaders Dialogue, an initiative under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports that brought together distinguished leaders to inspire students toward nation-building and innovation-driven growth. The panel featured prominent dignitaries including Dr. Ajay Ranka (Zydex Industries), Nikhil Methiya (Dronelab), Seema Mandora (ECS Group) and Soham Pathak (The Simply Salad).The speakers shared their entrepreneurial journeys, experiences, and insights on leadership, resilience, and India’s expanding startup ecosystem. Students gained valuable perspectives on the nation’s innovation potential and the mindset required to contribute meaningfully to India’s development vision for 2047.
The dialogue strengthened NIF’s mission of nurturing young innovators and exposing them to real-world leadership and startup pathways.
