He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a dual specialization in Marketing and Operations (2010) from ICFAI Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Airlines, Tourism, and Hospitality Management (2007) from the Institute of Future Management Trends (ITFT), Chandigarh. Mr. Saggi brings with him over 14 years of diverse and enriching experience, encompassing academia, industry, and consulting. He has served in key academic roles across reputed institutions and currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Law, Navrachana University, Vadodara. His teaching portfolio includes a wide spectrum of courses such as Strategic Marketing, CRM Systems, Consumer Behaviour, Personal Finance, and Entrepreneurship Management. He also has more than 3 years of prior academic experience as Assistant Professor at Sri Sukhmani Institute of Engineering & Technology, Dera Bassi, where he mentored undergraduate and MBA students.
