- Admissions will be through ACPC – Any graduate or equivalent in any stream with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ ST/SEBC/EWS) and who has cleared CMAT and registered through ACPC can select MBA at Navrachana University.Â
- Candidates can obtain information like detailed notification of course, Advertisement, Video of document uploading, all type of announcement/Notice, steps for entire process of online registration, last year cut-off, institute details, List of designated Cyber Space Centers, Admission schedule, Merit list, Allotment Result and All updated information related to admission process on the website www.jacpcldce.ac.in. Â
- Candidate can register online through the website www.gujacpc.nic.in. Candidate must use this web site for payment of registration fees, choice filling, admission confirmation, payment of Token tuition fees for admission confirmation and for admission cancellation through candidate login ID and passwordÂ

Candidates who desire to take admission in MBA Program at Navrachana University through Management Quota:
- Have not appeared for CMAT or appeared but do not want to go through ACPC admission process
- Registered through ACPC but not got University/College of choice
- Have scored a minimum of 50% in any graduate examination in any stream can apply under Management Quota for MBA.

- Stage-wise Eligibility and Progression Rule
A candidate must secure a minimum of 50 percent marks in each stage to qualify for the subsequent stage. Failure to meet the minimum qualifying marks at any stage shall result in disqualification from further stages.
Stage I: Written Aptitude Test (WAT)
Objective: The Written Aptitude Test assesses cognitive readiness for management education, focusing on reasoning ability, comprehension, and analytical thinking.
Structure: Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation, General Knowledge
Duration: 120 minutes
Total No. of Questions: 100
Maximum Marks: 30
Stage II: Case Let Assessment (CLA)
Objective: The Case Let Assessment evaluates managerial judgment, contextual understanding, decision-making ability, and ethical sensitivity.
Format: Case-based Presentation (Oral)
Case length: Maximum 2 pages
Duration: 30 minutes (20 minutes reading and Preparation, 10 minutes for presentations)
Maximum Marks: 20
Evaluation Rubric: Contextual Understanding and Problem Identification and Communication Skills, Analytical Reasoning and Decision Logic
Stage III: Personal Interview (PI)
Objective: The Personal Interview assesses motivation, communication skills, leadership potential, ethical orientation, and overall program fit.
Panel: Faculty members and/or industry experts
Key Assessment Areas: Career clarity and goals, Major achievements, Communication and articulation, Ethical awareness, General business, and societal awareness
Duration: 10–15 minutes
Maximum Marks: 40
Stage IV: Statement of Purpose (10)
Candidates are required to write an SOP answering the following two questions:
a) Why the candidate desires to apply for the MBA Program
b) Why the candidate desires to be admitted in Navrachana University
The minimum word limit is 150 and the Maximum is 500.
Candidates are expected to express their opinions with full integrity and originality.
