The Khoj program has been one of the defining social immersion activities at Navrachana University. To compete for a BSc (Hons.) degree, students must complete a research project or on-the-job training (guided research) and a research presentation (guided research) within the last two semesters.

Limited number of Merit Scholarships are available to meritorious students with a score of over 70% marks in HSc exam.
