On 26th June 2025, the Counselling Cell, in collaboration with the HR Department, organized a dynamic team-building event titled “Bond Beyond Cubicles” for Navrachana University employees. The event brought together 35 staff members for an engaging afternoon designed to enhance interpersonal relationships, foster collaboration, and nurture a positive work culture.
Through a series of thoughtfully curated games and interactive challenges focused on trust, teamwork, and communication, participants stepped out of their routine roles and connected with colleagues in a relaxed, informal environment. The lively atmosphere helped break workplace monotony and encouraged open, joyful engagement among team members.
The event received enthusiastic participation and overwhelmingly positive feedback, with employees appreciating the opportunity to unwind, build connections, and strengthen team spirit.
