Nirantar Wellbeing Center
– Welcome to the Nirantar Wellbeing cell, your dedicated resource for mental health and well-being. We offer confidential and supportive services to students through both face-to-face and online counselling sessions, as well as comprehensive psychological assessments conducted by our experienced counselling psychologist.
Our goal is to provide a safe space where students can explore their concerns and challenges. Students can avail the assistance with academic stress, personal issues, career planning, or improving relationships. We are committed to encourage students to sustain their wellbeing and to be the best version of themselves.
Being sensitive to holistic wellbeing is the first step towards a healthier and more balanced life. Together, we can navigate challenges and foster a compassionate campus community where every student can thrive.
